A redesign of our bi-weekly email communication to our partners and members. Built with reusable components in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The stakeholders wanted a redesign to refresh the look, add more visual interest, and more engaging content.
Consolidated space by adding the view in browser and subscribe CTAs in the header. Replaced issue number with a code snippet for the date of send, content editors no longer need to update. I replaced the header with a web-safe font and added similar fall-backs. I added an "In this issue" section to entice readers, and I added a gif of our signature red Civic van driving through a town center to add more visual interest.
Some other highlights include adding a sentiment poll to gage how members feel about the newsletters content, and quick links section to some of our most visited pages.
